Easygreen delivered a comprehensive greenery installation for Flynn Hotel in Cairns, part of the Crystalbrook Collection — a premium Australian hospitality group known for its contemporary and design-led hotels. The project included artificial green walls, large hanging features, and extensive planting throughout the property, enhancing the tropical atmosphere across multiple spaces.

Scope of work
We were involved in the full greenery integration of this hotel during its construction phase, delivering realistic artificial green walls across key feature areas including the pool zone, reception, and throughout each floor of the property. These installations were carefully designed to align with the architectural finishes and create a cohesive visual identity throughout the hotel.
A major feature of the project was the creation of three custom-built suspended greenery structures, each approximately seven metres long, installed within the central staircase void. These hanging features introduced dramatic vertical greenery and created a strong visual impact within the space.
Additional hanging plants were installed throughout the dining areas to enhance the atmosphere, while more than 100 potted plants, including Bird of Paradise, Phoenix palms, and ferns , were placed across the hotel floors to soften interiors and bring a natural feel to the environment.
The full installation was completed over a 12-day period by a team of 15 staff, requiring detailed planning, coordination, and efficient execution to deliver all elements within the construction timeframe.
The Project
Over a two-week installation period, lush greenery was brought to life throughout the newly built Flynn Hotel in Cairns.
Our team designed and installed a series of high-quality green walls across key areas of the hotel — including the pool deck, reception area, and every floor of the building. In addition to the vertical installations, we supplied and positioned hundreds of potted plants, thoughtfully placed to complement the architecture and enhance the tropical ambience.
The result is a vibrant, nature-filled environment that reflects the spirit of Cairns and elevates the guest experience with a fresh, resort-style atmosphere.
