- Moss edges finishes are optional for this item. Moss circle come without the moss edges. The timber is visible on the edge of the panels. Perfect to be integrated into a frame, painted or left with the natural timber apparent. Our Art Moss 3D naturel comes with moss edges finishes.

Please check all goods before signing for them. If this is not possible please sign that the goods are unchecked for damage. If goods arrive damaged please sign the delivery note “item damaged”. Then notify us within 3 working days by one of the contact methods described below.
We will send you returns note to complete and arrange the free collection.
You will have the choice of replacements which will be dispatched as quickly as possible or store credit, we do not give refunds.
We do not exchange, refund or credit for incorrect choice or quantity.
We do not accept returns due to variance in moss colour or moss texture. Like all natural materials, moss inherently differs in colour and pattern — every tree, plant, lichen, moss is one of a kind. Please take this into consideration before making your purchase.
All our Moss Art is made by hand, not in a factory. No two items will be exactly the same and will vary slightly from the product picture. The moss is glued down by hand and the designs are all unique from each other. As with anything handmade, there will be imperfections and variances. We work to minimize imperfections as much as possible but as these Moss Art units are not machine-made with laser precision there may be slight differences from product to product. We work to minimize this and are still able to deliver a beautiful work of natural art.
